Event Details

The 2025 eCitadel Open will be held May 30 - June 1, 2025. The competition runs from 8 AM Central time on May 30th through 10:00 PM Central time on June 1st.

Competition Window

Teams have a 4 hour competition window to work on the provided virtual machines and challenges (which starts when a team logs into the competition portal). Teams choose when their 4 hour window begins, but they must complete all their efforts by 10:00 PM Central time on June 1. There is no pausing/stopping of the 4 hour window - once you start competing you have a total of 4 hours to work on ALL the provided virtual machines and challenges.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams.

Practice Round

A practice round will be available to each fully registered team roughly a week prior to the competition.
